Suzette Rose
Suzette Rose, Massage Therapist
Suzette was born in Kansas and moved to the “big city” (Denver, Colorado) in her teens. Overcoming personal challenges has greatly influenced her massage and Reiki practice. A profound personal journey led her into practicing Reiki in 1996, and she later graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, leaving a career in public relations. She has been practicing massage therapy for 25 years, and practicing as a Reiki Master Teacher since 2002.
Suzette draws from a diverse range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial release, sports, and prenatal. Her specialties include shoulder, neck, head, TMJ, and sciatica issues, while also embracing the mind-body connection. She believes in empowering her clients by equipping them with the tools, knowledge and insights to maintain their well-being and create positive changes in their lives.
After a series of traumas and repetitive concussions, healing multiple brain injuries led Suzette to Maha Cranial, an ancient Tibetan cranial healing practice. Her healing was profound from this work, and she eventually became an apprentice and then received her certification and lineage in 2021. This sacred practice has profoundly improved every imaginable aspect of Suzette’s life, and she is honored to share this healing with others.
Suzette’s favorite things are her best friend – her fur baby Blossom, traveling, food, art, music, dancing, Southern rap, and enjoying the outdoors.
One of Suzette’s proudest professional accomplishments is fulfilling her dream of doing massage on the beach in Hawaii, an experience through which she was greatly influenced by Hawaiian spirituality and the essence of aloha. Suzette also lived in stunning Sedona for two years while studying in a traditional yoga teacher training at Seven Centers Yoga Arts, where she received her RYT 200 and her yogic lineage with the Bihar School of Yoga in India founded by Swami Satyananda.
